There is a December 31 deadline to submit the online application for the Air Force ROTC scholarship. There is also a January 11 deadline to submit all of the documents the student is responsible for (including school documents). If you miss these deadlines, you will not be able to continue your application.

While the purpose of Air Force ROTC is to commission officers for the U.S. Air Force, cadets are not in the military until after graduation. Keep in mind that to fulfill all AFROTC requirements, at some point during your college years they will need to sign a commitment stating that they will join the Air Force as an officer after graduating.All scholarships include a $900 annual book allowance. All scholarships include a monthly stipend of $300 to $500. All academic majors are eligible to compete. 80% of scholarships are awarded to technical majors.
